When I started B Connecting, LLC, I was excited about the opportunity to collaborate with other agencies and providers to bring more attention to mental health, parenting, self-care, and overall wellness in our communities. Specifically, I was excited about the possibility of working with non-profits that could fund educational programming for parents, first responders, and educators. I’m thrilled now to announce that one such collaboration has come to fruition: in partnership with the Susquehanna Valley United Way, I will be leading three free Parent Social Hours at the Lewisburg Children’s Museum in February and March.

We have designed the Social Hours to be casual, yet engaging and informative discussions, and our overall goal is to help parents connect, recharge, and learn about important parenting topics. Take a break and join us for a fun, relaxing hour designed just for parents!

Sessions are free to attend, but pre-registration is required: one registration per family. Free coffee and childcare for your little one(s) will be available. The Parent Social Hours are scheduled as follows, and I encourage you to click the Social Hour titles below to link to the pre-registration pages:

I also offer individual, parenting, and family consulting sessions at my practice located inside Pine Creek Valley Wellness Center in Avis, PA. Initial sessions are free of charge to ensure we are a good fit, and they are available in person or online.
